  • Apply independent judgment and retain responsibility when AI informs advice or a consequential work decision

Record and Respond Under Agency Rules

  • Record or explain AI assistance in accordance with the supplied agency rule
  • Stop further use, correct affected work and make the required agency handoff after unsafe input or unreliable AI-supported advice is discovered
