The Basic Flow

  1. Add or refresh approved source material in a Knowledge Profile.
  2. Choose the right creation path: workplace course, accredited RTO/VET course, SCORM refresh, or course bundle.
  3. Set the course scope, audience, outcome, domain, and boundaries where the workflow uses a blueprint.
  4. Review generated structure, objectives, content, scenarios, assessment coverage, and learner support.
  5. Apply the right brand, media, visual style, and delivery settings.
  6. Publish, package, launch, export, or list only when the learning product is ready.
