Use this page when you are setting up QAVRA for course creation, Knowledge Profiles, learner delivery, or MCP-assisted course work.

1. Decide What QAVRA Should Use As Source Material

Start with the material your team already trusts:

  • Policies and procedures.
  • Training notes and manuals.
  • Web pages and PDFs.
  • Notion pages or other approved source material.
  • Expert-authored notes.
  • Unit, role, compliance, product, or workplace requirements.

Add that material to a Knowledge Profile when you want QAVRA or an approved connected assistant to use it as grounding context.

Use Agents when a Knowledge Expert should offer booking or workshop CTAs from learner chat.

2. Choose The Right Creation Path

Choose the workflow that matches the job:

  • Use Courses And Blueprints for workplace courses, internal training, onboarding, enablement, and other flexible course structures.
  • Use RTO Course Creation for accredited VET courses that must follow source requirements.
  • Use LMS, SCORM And LTI when refreshing an old SCORM module or preparing LMS delivery.
  • Use Offerings And Learning Paths when a course is ready to become an offering, bundle, demo, or ordered learning path.
  • Use Marketplace when a learning product is ready for buyer-facing listing.

3. Set Scope Or Requirements

For blueprint courses, set the course scope:

  • What the course is about.
  • Who it is for.
  • What the learner should be able to do.
  • What domain or workplace context applies.
  • What is out of scope.

For accredited courses, review the fetched requirements, evidence expectations, assessment conditions, and foundation skills before publishing.

4. Generate And Review The Learning Experience

The structure guides learner content, scenario practice, assessment coverage, and learner support.

Use QAVRA to generate a first draft where the workflow supports generation, then review it before treating it as ready.

Also review:

  • Content variations.
  • Scenario practice.
  • Assessment and evidence coverage.
  • Tutor chat and Expert Chat setup.
  • Knowledge Expert agent setup, if chat should offer bookings or workshops.
  • Branding, visuals, and media.
  • Offering, LMS, or marketplace delivery settings.

5. Use MCP-Connected Assistants When They Help

If your organization enables the QAVRA MCP connection, you can ask a connected assistant to:

  • List courses you can administer.
  • Show the latest saved course structure.
  • Review missing coverage, scope risks, or objectives that are too broad.
  • Draft a revised structure using QAVRA course context and rules.
  • Update approved course title, description, or scope details.
  • Save an approved course structure.

6. Publish Or Deliver Only After Review

Saving a structure is not the same as publishing a learner-ready course.

After structure, scope, requirement, or delivery changes, review the affected learner-facing content and publish, republish, launch, export, or list only when ready.
