Offerings And Learning Paths

Use delivery workflows when a course is ready to become something learners can launch, preview, buy, export, or follow as part of a sequence.

Courses, Offerings, And Bundles

Course is the authored training content.

Offering is the learner-ready delivery setup for a course. It controls launch mode, branding, sharing, export, and delivery settings.

Bundle is a group of courses arranged into a learner-ready sequence or learning path.

Create A Learner-Ready Offering

  1. Open Dashboard > Offerings.
  2. Create a new offering.
  3. Select the source course.
  4. Configure the offering name, launch mode, and delivery settings.
  5. Apply the right Branding Kit if the learner experience should follow a specific identity.
  6. Save the offering.
  7. Use the launch, share, export, or integration action for the delivery channel.
  8. Review launch history when you need to audit launches, SCORM activity, resource links, or progress.

Package Courses Into A Learning Path

  1. Open Dashboard > Bundles.
  2. Create a bundle.
  3. Add the name and purpose.
  4. Add the courses that belong in the bundle.
  5. Remove any courses that should not be included.
  6. Reorder courses into the learner-facing sequence.
  7. Configure delivery settings for included courses where needed.
  8. Review the bundle before sharing, listing, or launching it.

Use demo links when a stakeholder, buyer, or reviewer needs limited access to selected course content. Set the access scope, expiry, and launch limit, then revoke the link when access should end.
