MCP Connections

Use QAVRA MCP connections when you want an approved assistant, such as ChatGPT, to work with QAVRA knowledge and admin course workflows.

MCP does not replace QAVRA. It lets an assistant read approved context, help you reason through a change, draft the change in the conversation, and save it only after you approve it.

What You Can Do

With the QAVRA MCP connection, an admin can ask an assistant to:

  • List the courses they can administer.
  • Find a course by partial title.
  • Show the saved course structure.
  • Review title, description, scope, objective groups, and objectives.
  • Use the course Knowledge Profile as context where available.
  • Search approved Knowledge Profiles and source-backed content.
  • Suggest missing, broad, duplicated, or underdeveloped objectives.
  • Brainstorm explore and deepen options.
  • Draft a revised course structure.
  • Update a course title, description, or scope details.
  • Save an approved structure change.

The Safe Workflow

  1. Ask the assistant to list your QAVRA courses.
  2. Choose the course you want to work on.
  3. Ask the assistant to show the current structure.
  4. Ask questions, review gaps, and brainstorm options.
  5. Ask for a draft but tell the assistant not to save it yet.
  6. Review the exact draft in the chat.
  7. Approve the final change only when you want it saved.
  8. Return to QAVRA to review content, scenarios, assessment coverage, publishing, and delivery.

What Does Not Happen Automatically

The MCP connection does not automatically:

  • Publish a course.
  • Republish learner-facing content.
  • Move a course to marketplace.
  • Export SCORM.
  • Launch an offering.
  • Change assessment packs.
  • Change learner enrolments.

Saving a title, scope, or structure change is still only an admin course edit. QAVRA remains the source of truth for publishing and learner delivery.
