Use media workflows to keep generated images, uploaded assets, and imported designs consistent with the learning product.

Visual Profiles

Visual Profiles define reusable style guidance for generated course images.

  1. Open Dashboard > Media.
  2. Open Visual Profiles.
  3. Create a profile.
  4. Choose the template, visual direction, or style.
  5. Generate and review sample examples.
  6. Save the profile.
  7. Use the profile when generating or refreshing course visuals.

AI credits may apply when generating image examples or course visuals.

Media Library

Use the Media Library for reusable learner-facing and marketplace assets.

Review the image, file, title, description, and usage context before attaching media to courses, offerings, or marketplace workflows.

Canva Imports

When Canva is connected:

  1. Open Dashboard > Media > Integrations > Canva.
  2. Connect the account if needed.
  3. Browse or search designs.
  4. Import the selected design into the Media Library.
  5. Use it in course, offering, or marketplace workflows.

If Visuals Look Off-Brand

Review the Branding Kit, Visual Profile, source prompt, and active offering before regenerating large sets of media.
